pool opening - $409.95
payment due upon booking
pool opening includes the following (may require two visits*):
drain water from winter cover
Remove and fold winter cover
drain and fold water bags
start up of pump, filter, and heater
check equipment for proper operation
*pool level must be at proper operating level in order to start equipment. additional charge of $109.95 may apply if second visit is needed
equipment startup - $209.95
payment due upon booking
water must be at proper operating level before appointment:
refit all pump, filter, and heater fittings
start equipment, check for leaks, and confirm proper operation
closing services
Pools are closed “as-is”. Vacuuming services are offered starting at $149.95 per hour
plumbing antifreeze will be added to all lines and billed accordingly

blow out skimmer, return lines, and pump
removal of pump, filter, and heater fittings
install winter skimmer and return line plugs
addition of anti freeze
installation of winter cover and water bags
*water will not be drained in areas where prohibited by municipal discharge bylaws. Water must be drained by homeowner prior to arrival
